As a Security Analyst you will safeguard the organization’s critical assets. Protect the company's network, data and infrastructure by proactively countering security threats, implementing robust protective measures, and enhancing security awareness across the organization.
 

Your role:
 

• Operate security systems and services while monitoring for suspicious activities and security breaches
• Investigate and analyze security incidents promptly, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, prioritizing vulnerabilities based on severity and potential impact
• Execute remediation plans to address identified weaknesses
• Promote a culture of IT security awareness and compliance throughout the organization, while staying abreast of new trends in the field of cybersecurity
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards as well as provide support on audits of our security management system (TISAX & ISO 27001)
• Derive security architectures through threat and risk analysis
• Screen threat intelligence feeds and update threat assessments
• Contribute to our threat informed response strategy, by implementing incident response procedures and conducting post-incident analysis
• Collect and consolidate raw data for our security Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your profile:
 

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in information security or other computer sciences
• Basic knowledge of system forensic techniques
• Familiarity with common attack and defense methods in Windows, Linux, and web environments
• Understanding of the Mitre ATT&CK Framework
• Problem Solving & Attention to Detail: Meticulously reviewing security logs, reports, and incidents to detect anomalies and potential risks
• Apply analytical thinking to complex security challenges, tackle issues with precision and thoroughness
• Adaptability: The ability to stay flexible and adjust strategies in response to evolving security threats and organizational needs
• Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of security findings and recommendations
• Critical Thinking: Analyzing complex security issues, identifying patterns, and making informed decisions based on available data
• Resilience: Maintaining composure during high-pressure situations, such as security incidents or audits
