We are looking for an IT Cloud Specialist to contribute to the design, organization, modification, and support of our company’s computer systems. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our IT infrastructure by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system needs, and implementing effective solutions.

Your Tasks:
 

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure design and costing for business and IT 
  initiatives
• Supervise and manage infrastructure components such as VMWare, OVM, Unix, 
  Linux, SQL, Windows, Citrix, Exchange
• Perform impact analysis for special events (e.g., business and IT events, weekend 
  exchange tests, data center isolation tests)
• Monitor and analyze performance and capacity for the IT Infrastructure to ensure 
  optimal resources, ensuring adherence to best practices during web 
  implementation
• Maintain physical and virtual aspects of the IT infrastructure while supporting help 
  desk operations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to infrastructure team members.
• Supervise incidences through ITIL© Problem Management and ensure 
  implementation and maintenance of infrastructure software in alignment with 
  ITIL© Lifecycle Management
• Utilize BI (Business Intelligence) tools for storage reporting and metrics while also 
  scripting and programming for data analysis related to Enterprise storage
  
  

Your Profile:
 

• A university degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Solid experience in:
  • Developing IT infrastructure designs
  • Implementing infrastructure costing proposals
  • Managing infrastructure components
  • Performing impact analysis for IT and business events
  • Monitoring IT infrastructure performance
  • Providing technical guidance to peers
  • Using BI tools for reporting and analysis

• Technical proficiency in:

  • Databases: Oracle, MS SQL
  • Middleware: Sybase, DB2
  • Operating systems: UNIX, Windows, and Linux
  • Server virtualization: VMware
  • Cloud and productivity platforms: Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD
  • Network and infrastructure: DNS

• Certifications (preferred): ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, PKI, CCDP, CCIE, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA

• Soft skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical information clearly
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
