You have a strong background and passion for the Automotive industry, with an established network with Korea OEMs and Tier1 suppliers and live in Korea? Then this role should be a perfect fit for you. As a Business Development Manager you will help us to strengthen our market position in Korea and be part of our TTTech Auto team in Korea. 

 

Your Tasks:

 

  • Engage with customer decision-makers and senior management to build strong business relationships
  • Develop business opportunities by starting with small projects and expanding them into serial production programs
  • Proactively identify and generate leads by establishing entry points within customer organizations
  • Lead the full acquisition process, from proposal preparation to deal closure
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of local business practices and build deep, long-lasting customer engagement
  • Align strategic sales and marketing activities with the headquarters 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • A total of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in the automotive ECU field
  • Minimum of 5 years in business development and key account management, ideally within the Hyundai Motor Powertrain or Hyundai Motor ADAS value chain
  • Proven track record in large-scale B2B project acquisition and complex sales within the automotive sector
  • Extensive experience working in international environments, particularly with European or American companies
  • Strong team player with an international mindset and a goal-oriented, results-driven approach
  • Business fluency in both Korean and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Korea
