As our Innovation Projects & Funding Manager, you will be the driving force behind our participation in European and national research and innovation programs. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from identifying strategic funding opportunities, writing winning proposals and ensuring the successful execution and reporting of complex, multi-partner projects.

Your Tasks

• Proactively monitor and identify relevant funding opportunities from EU programs and the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG).
• Collaborate with internal R&D teams to define project ideas and objectives and translate our technological needs into fundable work packages.
• Lead the entire funding proposal process, from initial concept to final submission.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of international consortium partners (universities, research institutes, and industry players).
• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing budgets, timelines, deliverables, and reporting to funding agencies (European Commission, FFG).

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in a technical field
• Practical experience with R&D funding projects in the EU and Austria (e.g., FFG), gained in either an industrial or academic setting.
• Work experience in project managementStrong affinity for technology (ideally with knowledge in the area of automotive or real-time systems).
• Ability to work independently and strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills. German is an advantage
