Project Manager (m/f/d) – HMI Product Development

Take the lead in shaping innovative development projects in the off-highway sector. As a Project Manager, you own projects from concept to delivery, ensuring scope, schedules, budgets, and quality targets are achieved.

Working at the intersection of customers, engineering teams, and international partners, you turn complex technical requirements into clear project strategies and tangible results. Supported by experienced experts, you coordinate cross-functional collaboration, manage challenges proactively, and contribute to the successful realization of cutting-edge solutions.

Your Tasks

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost within development projects
  • Drive comprehensive and professional project planning, setup, tracking, and steering
  • Develop work breakdown structures, effort estimations, and resource plans in cooperation with technical leads
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with international partners and suppliers
  • Translate technical challenges into structured execution plans and decisions
  • Monitor progress, identify and manage risks proactively, and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field (TU/FH or equivalent)
  • Experience in project coordination or project management within development projects (off-highway, automotive, embedded systems, or similar industries)
  • Solid project management knowledge (planning, risk, and stakeholder management)
  • PMP, PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
  • Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Technical understanding of software and electronics development
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Very good communication skills in English

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 57,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
