Project Manager – Electronics Development (m/f/d)

Together with a team of experts, you will be leading the technical execution of the development projects in the field of electronics development for HMIs for the off-highway sector. You will accompany the process over the entire life cycle from conception to successful realization and series production. 

Your Tasks

  • Lead development projects in the field of off-highway or agricultural ECUs 
  • Plan, manage, control, report, and execute tasks in electronics development 
  • Development of requirement specifications & functional specifications 
  • Preparation, documentation, and implementation of technical changes 
  • Support pre-sales activities with technical insights and planning 
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks 
  • Coordinate cross-functional departments and manage project team operations 

Your Profile

  • Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) with a focus on electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field   
  • Several years of experience in project management 
  • Experience with functional safety standards (IEC 61508, EN 13849, ISO 25119) is advantageous 
  • Familiarity with ECU development for off-highway or agricultural applications is a plus 
  • Reliable and self-motivated working style 
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Very good English and German language skills

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 50,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
