Requirements Engineer – Electronics Development (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Define and align hardware architectures and design requirements with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., functional safety)
  • Coordinate and document the concept phase, maintaining full traceability of requirements
  • Analyze and evaluate technical constraints against internal and customer expectations
  • Lead, moderate, and document design reviews
  • Support test case development and system testing based on defined requirements

Your Profile

  • Degree from university or HTL in a relevant field
  • Strong electronics know-how (analog & digital) with several years of experience in electronics development and requirements management
  • Skilled in tools like PTC Integrity, DOORS, etc.
  • Interest or experience in functional safety (IEC 61508, EN 13849) is a plus
  • Familiarity with EMV, signal integrity, or embedded programming is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset, structured approach, and team spirit
  • Fluent in German and English

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 50,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
