As an experienced Technical Project Lead, you ready to plan, steer, coordinate, and manage complex projects in the automotive industry from a technical perspective. You will become part of our Hardware ECU Design House team.  Your Tasks

  • Technical support to the Project Manager. Responsible for reaching the technical goals, in terms of requirements, architecture and design of the product aswell as review effort estimations, etc. (with respect to product costs, content & quality) 
  • Responsible for defining the technical project acceptance criteria, throughout project life cycle 
  • Support in Lessons Learned and creation of recommendations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements 
  • Responsible for customer communication regarding technical issues 
  • Responsible for regular CCB meetings and meeting minutes
  • Communicates relevant technical project information to superiors and stakeholders effectively and in time 
  • Supervises the development and verification process 

Your Profile

  • University degree in a technical field of study  
  • Expert knowledge about automotive technologies 
  • Knowledge in Embedded Systems 
  • International experience, structured and organized 
  • Highly customer-oriented Knowledge and experience in Automotive technologies, processes and standards 
  • Several years of project management and technical customer service experience 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action taking combined with an appreciative leadership style 
  • Excellent command of English, German is an advantage

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 53,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
